Omega-3 are a group of essential polyunsaturated fatty acids, called “essential” because the human body can face challenges in producing them on its own.
Today, Fish consumption has become economically and environmentally unsustainable, and these all-important fatty acids vanished from our diets, so we thought about developing OYL, thus supplementing our olive oil with Omega-3 fatty acids from marine micro algae to recreate the essential fatty acid profile of the original Mediterranean diet.
