Olea Prilis Subscription terms of business
We offer a Monthly installment payment method for yearly bundles of our oils as described in the dedicated section of the website. If you elect for one of the three bundle purchasing option, you will receive the products for which you have elected in one single shipment, and you will be billed immediately for the first installment, thereafter Monthly for the following 11 months. Olea Prilis will seek authorization from your credit card provider for the full amount of the purchase and reserve the residual balance from your credit card until full payment is received.
Cancellation Policy.
There is no cancelation policy for monthly installments as the goods are received in one shipment only.
Return Policy.
All purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not currently accept returns products delivered pursuant to a Subscription, and any such products returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund. In the case that your Subscription products do not arrive, or they are damaged, we must be notified in writing at info@oleaprilis.com within 24 hours of receiving your goods. If we are not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing or damaged items and will only offer a replacement or refund at the sole discretion of Olea Prilis.
